Abstract Submission


The Organizing Committee invites all interested participants from academia, research laboratories, and industry around the world in the fields of fundamental physics to the newest technologies and devices to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations. We welcome you to contribute to the most up-to-date research and the latest developments from around the world.

Questions about the abstract or technical topics, or about the program format or policies of the symposium, should be directed to the symposium secretariat at ispsa@ispsa.or.kr

Please follow these guidelines carefully


  • Abstracts must be submitted online and written in English.
  • Authors are required to complete all abstract and author information according to the online submission procedure. Each abstract must include the title, authors’ names, affiliations, and email addresses.
  • Submitted abstracts can be edited or modified until the submission deadline. It is the author’s responsibility to ensure accuracy; no further editing will be allowed after the deadline.
  • When submitting an abstract, please select the “Presentation Type” as “Plenary” or “Invited” only if you have been specifically invited by the Technical Program Committee (TPC).
  • An acknowledgment of submission will be sent to the email address of the corresponding author and presenter. Please ensure that you receive this confirmation email after submission.
    - If you do not receive it, your submission may not have been completed successfully.
    - Please verify your email address and resubmit it if necessary.


Notification of Acceptance


All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee (TPC) in accordance with the official review procedures. Notification of acceptance will be sent by email to the corresponding author and presenter by March 27, 2026. Acceptance of the abstract implies that at least one author must register and present the work at the symposium



Withdrawal of abstracts


If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not complete registration by June 5, 2026, the abstract may be withdrawn from the final program. If you need to withdraw an abstract, please notify the ISPSA Secretariat in writing as soon as possible.
