We are looking for original papers from the ISPSA-2024 attendees. The papers submitted to ISPSA-2024 will be published in Journal of Semiconductors as a Special Topic/Issue after review process, and the deadline is extended to 30 October 2024. 

Registered by IOP publishing, Journal of Semiconductors (J. Semicond.) covers the specialized topics in semiconductor physics, materials, devices, circuits, and related technology. Since the first volume has been published in 2009, this journal is currently indexed by SCOPUS and ESCI. Once a journal becomes indexed in ESCI (2021.07), the promotion to SCI/SCIE is considered through annual monitoring. Although the transition is not determined by a fixed number of years, J. Semicond. shows a good record in the assessment of Clarivate Analytics, the organization responsible for these indices.
