Exhibitor Manual & Extra Equipment Rental

To apply for additional furniture, electricity, or other equipment for your booth, please download the Exhibitor Manual below. Please review the guidelines and submit your application form before the deadline.

Exhibit Rental Fees Not Included.

Furniture, telephone services, transportation, warehousing before and after the conference, customs brokerage, janitorial services in the booth as well as in the general exhibition area, special materials or furnishings, the moving, transfer, set up and dismantling of equipment or booths and lift services. Placing carpets is obligatory in all exhibition spaces. Purchasing these items and services is at the exhibitor’s expense.
