Registration
All attendees are required to complete their registration to access the venue and participate in the full scientific and networking program of ISPSA 2026. We encourage participants to take advantage of the Early Bird period to benefit from the most favorable registration rates.

- Tutorial registration is offered as an optional add-on for both regular and student participants. Please note that tutorials cannot be registered for or attended independently without a symposium registration.
- For undergraduate participants, tutorial fees are already included in the registration, and no additional payment is required. Regular and student participants, however, must purchase tutorial access separately.
- The banquet is included exclusively for regular participants. Students, undergraduates, and accompanying people are required to purchase a separate banquet ticket.
- Due to limited seating, additional banquet tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis through the online registration system. Early registration is strongly recommended.

Online Credit Card Payment
- Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.
- The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, Master, JCB and AMEX. (Please clearly state your credit card information.)
- Please use your own credit card.
- The actual amount charged may differ according to the exchange rate.

Bank Wire Transfer
- Payments should be transferred to the following bank accounts. All bank charges are the responsibility of the applicant.
- The transfer must be in the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.

A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the ISPSA 2024 secretariat by e-mail.

Confirmation of Registration
- An automatic confirmation email will be sent upon completion of both registration and payment.
- You may review your registration and payment status at any time through the Registration Status page after logging into the online registration system.
- An invoice can be downloaded from the online registration system once your payment has been successfully processed.
- For credit card payments, receipts will be available immediately upon successful transaction. For bank transfers, receipts and confirmation letters will be issued once the Secretariat verifies the payment.
- An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration and payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received no later than June 30, 2026. A $100 cancellation fee will be applied. Registrants who cancel beyond this date or fail to attend the symposium will forfeit the registration fee. Please note that the cancellation dates are based on Korean Standard Time (GMT+9).
Passport & Visa
All foreign visitors entering the Republic of Korea must hold a valid passport, and, if required, obtain an entry visa in advance.
However, nationals of countries or regions with visa waiver agreements may enter Korea without a visa under specific conditions, provided they do not engage in remunerative activities during their stay. For detailed information on visa requirements by country, please refer to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea. For individual circumstances or additional clarification, please contact the Korean Embassy or Consulate in your country of departure.
