Registration


Registration is required to be admitted to the venue and participate in the scientific program of the symposium and other ISPSA 2024 activities. To receive the best rates for ISPSA 2024, we encourage delegates to take advantage of the generous Early Bird.

- Tutorials registration is available as an additional option for both regular and student registrations. Please note that registration and attendance solely for tutorials are not available.
- For undergraduate students, the tutorial fee is included in the registration, so there’s no need for an additional payment. However, for regular and student registrations, tutorials must be purchased separately.
- The banquet is included in the symposium fee for regular participants only. Students, Undergraduates, and accompanying person need to purchase a separate ticket to attend the banquet. (*Due to limited availability and space, additional banquet tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis through online registration. Early registration is highly encouraged.)


Student Group Registration

- To encourage broader participation of students at ISPSA 2024, the organizer is offering Student Group Registration. During pre-registration before May 10, 2024, Student Group Registration costs 250 USD per pair of students registering together. At least one student should present their research work at the poster session for group registration.
- For only students presenting a poster, upon registering as a presenter and entering abstract information, one additional student can be registered for free. Also, When canceling student registration, those registered for free will be canceled together.
- At the conference on-site registration desk, free group registration for students is not provided.


Method of Payment


* Online Credit Card Payment
- Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.
- The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, Master, JCB and AMEX. (Please clearly state your credit card information.)
- Please use your own credit card.
- The actual charged amount may differ according to the exchange rate.

* Bank Wire Transfer
- Payments should be transferred to the following bank accounts. All bank charges are the responsibility of the applicant.
- The transfer must be in the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
- A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the ISPSA 2024 secretariat by e-mail.

Confirmation of Registration


- An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration and payment.
- Registrants can check the status of registration and payment on ‘Registration Status’ by logging into the online registration system.
- You will be able to print an invoice from the online registration system once your payment is completed.
- Note that the receipt will be available after your Payment is completed (credit card) or confirmed by the secretariat (bank transfer).


Cancellation Policy


Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received no later than May 17, 2024. A $100 cancellation fee will be applied. Registrants who cancel beyond this date or fail to attend the symposium will forfeit the registration fee. Please note that the cancellation dates are based on Korean Standard Time (GMT+9).


Passport and Visa


Foreign visitors intending to enter South Korea must possess a valid passport and, if necessary, obtain a Korean visa beforehand. However, citizens of certain countries or regions enjoy visa-free entry under specific conditions. Nationals from countries with which Korea has signed a visa waiver agreement can enter without a visa, provided they refrain from engaging in remunerative activities during their stay. Information on visa requirements for each country is available on the homepage of the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
