Exhibitions
An extensive technical exhibition will take place during the four-day conference in the conference venue. The exhibition is expecting the participation of about 800 subscribers and over 15 companies from around the world and will offer optimal marketing opportunities for increased exposure and market expansion. The standard booth is a 3m x 2m shell scheme.

Exhibitors are responsible for the procurement of furniture, telephone services, transportation, warehousing services pre- and post-conference, customs brokerage, janitorial services for their booths as well as the general exhibition area, special materials, furnishings, equipment moving, transfer, set up, and dismantling, as well as lift services.
Booth Assignment
The organizer will allocate space based on the order of application, the size of the space requested, the nature of the exhibits, or as the organizer deems appropriate.
